Recently I bought the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer after watching a lovely YouTuber, Zoella280390, rave about it in many of her videos, saying how pigmented it is therefore giving you really good coverage for a great price. I bought it because I have started to wear makeup more often, so I was looking for a great concealer at a good price. I picked it up in Boots for only £4.19 which I thought was a amazing price. It comes in four different shades, Deep, Medium, Light, and Fair. I chose 01 Fair because I have pale skin, and I though this was the best match. It is available in Boots, Superdrug and online.
I am really impressed with this concealer because I find that when teamed with a buffing brush, it hides dark under-eye circles completely. It claims to last for up to sixteen hours, and I find that it definitely does last all day on undereye circles and blemishes.
It has a really high pigmentation, so it gives amazing coverage with a small amount of the product. I think it moisturises my skin well, unlike many concealers which leave you feeling really dry. It does not look cakey - in fact it looks surprisingly natural! It doesn't look like you are wearing makeup, just that you have gorgeous clear skin. Also, if I have any small blemishes, I like to use this concealer because it removes any redness from scarring or acne from your skin. Other concealers settle into the fine lines of your skin, but with Collection 2000 I don't find this happens because it blends really easily into foundation or bare skin:)
Haha, it looks like I've messed with the brightness, but I think it must just have got brighter in the room because the curtains were open. I've never tried any other Collection products, but because of the price and quality of the concealer, I think I will!! Just one slight issue I've noticed so far - I don't know if it is just my specific bottle, but for some reason the concealer doesn't apply evenly over the applicator, even if I shake it. It's not a real problem because I just have to twist the applicator around a lot inside the bottle, but it can be a bit annoying if I'm in a rush. However I haven't read this on other reviews, so I'm sure you won't have the same problem as me. I must just have a slightly different bottle. As you can see, the concealer blends easily and hides any flaws. When I use the concealer, I put it on using the applicator and then dab it in using a buffing brush and my fingers.
Overall, I would recommend the Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer to anyone who wants a great concealer that wont break the bank!
I hope you found this helpful:)
